For Horde players, becoming attuned in WoW Forever currently means completing a multi-step quest series before the City of Dalaran dungeon (levels 28–33) can be entered. Wowhead’s beta report places the opening steps in Tarren Mill and describes the route as requiring several objectives before the final entry step.
The reported Horde attunement route
The report says the series begins with recovering traitor artifacts in Tarren Mill, obtaining the Grimy Key, and bringing 10 Worn Stone Tokens to a Keeper there. The next steps require killing six Dalaran Summoners and 12 Elemental Slaves, then collecting four
Bracers of Earth Binding.
After that, the player hands in a quest outside Dalaran. The final reported step is to enter the city, collect an Arcane Mote, and receive an item that allows entry. Wowhead says the series ends with the required quest in the log and the Key to Dalaran in the keyring.
What the beta report does not confirm
This is an observed beta report, not a Blizzard confirmation of final access rules. The snapshot does not establish the complete quest names or NPC record, whether the route will remain unchanged, or when the attunement and dungeon access will apply outside the reported beta state. It also does not establish a final launch date for this Horde requirement.
