Source notes & beta changes

The checked sources do not establish complete boss tactics, drop tables, or launch timing.

The beta client had no zone record for Krol’dok Stronghold when it was checked. Blizzard has announced the dungeon; the client simply does not contain it yet.

Kaivax’s September 15 clarification supersedes an earlier incorrect level listing; use levels 40–45.
