What Blizzard has described

  • Spell, melee, and ranged hit chance are combined, as are spell, melee, and ranged critical chance.
  • New effects can relate to environments or creature types, and spellcaster weapons can grant spell damage and healing.
  • Every dungeon drop has been re-examined, with hundreds of new drops and adjusted quest rewards announced.

Not known yet

  • The recaps do not publish a complete item list, final values, or a finished gearing path.
