Step 1: Pick up the quest from Orgrul
Talk to Orgrul in Shen'dralas at 35.6, 12./way Shen'dralas 35.6 12
Step 2: Complete the objective
Maintain your reputation with the Magram, and slay quilboar at Bristleback Retreat. Then report to Hagiak at the Magram Front on the other side of Valley of Bones in Desolace.
