Step 2: Complete the objective

Collect 10 Razormaw Incisors for Howin Kindfeather.

Wowhead links the quest items to Highland Razormaw (69.6, 33.4) and Elder Razormaw (68.7, 33).

Step 3: Turn in to Howin Kindfeather

Return to Howin Kindfeather, where you picked the quest up.
