Step 1: Pick up the quest from Lost Journal

Step 2: Complete the objective

Bring the journal to Brakk near Razor Hill.

Step 3: Turn in to Brakk

Return to Brakk in Durotar at 52, 47.2./way Durotar 52 47.2
