Before you travel
The first ten entries follow an Alliance Druid’s reported necklace route. The player completed it at level 19 and used Teleport: 
Moonglade for the crossing to Kalimdor. Other classes need their own travel plan. Elite enemies guard the Mo’grosh cave, the Sludge Fen rig and parts of the Wailing Caverns outer cave.
Goaz Scrolls can replace 
Runes of the Sorcerer-Kings in the first ten. Both are different titles, so you can later turn in the other toward twenty. Rumi’s Westfall and Thelsamar copies are the same title and count once. The tracker shares that title’s found mark between both locations.
Entries 11–20 draw on newer Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor beta reports. Several are in dangerous territory. Ironforge, Brill and Orgrimmar also make faction access a practical constraint. The list supplies twenty distinct reported titles; it does not establish a safe order for your character.
Coordinate conflicts to check
For 
Baxtan: On Destructive Magics, the original route gives Ratchet at 62.7, 36.3. A newer table says 52.7, 36.3 while naming the same 
engineering building. The tracker retains the original point and flags the disagreement; neither point has been independently checked by Realm First.
Secrets of the Dreamers uses Cavern of Mists 52.8, 54.7, inside the outer Wailing Caverns cave. Those are not outdoor Barrens coordinates. The reported cave entrance is The Barrens 46.0, 36.5.
The Orgrimmar report gives 38.7, 78.4 for The Lessons of Ta’zo. An earlier reply gives 38.5, 78.1 for the mural in the Valley of Spirits. Treat the exact pickup point as pending an in-game check.
Turn them in
Take each book to Garion Wendell in Stormwind or Owen Thadd in Undercity. The beta overview names both faction librarians. Carry a book with you when checking its turn-in. The first-ten route reports handing its books to Garion in the Mage Tower area; Wowhead’s NPC map includes 37.6, 80.8 among several recorded Stormwind points. Owen’s NPC map includes Undercity 73.4, 33.0 among three nearby records. We have not confirmed either current spawn in game.

Ten different turn-ins reportedly unlock Friend of the Library, with 
Scholarly Pendant or 
Erudite’s Amulet. At twenty total, Greater Friend of the Library lists the ring rewards. The first ten count toward twenty; you do not need thirty books. These milestone counts come from player reports.
Check the ring’s class restriction before choosing a reward. Field Researcher’s Loop currently lists Rogue on Wowhead. The ring quest lists a minimum level of 20. Druid and Paladin players report completing library content, but that does not establish every reward’s availability for every class.
The local checklist keeps found and turned in separate. Only your turned-in marks advance its milestone counters. It cannot read your bags, character, quest log or server credit.
What changed on September 27
The guide now uses twenty distinct titles from approved Wowhead reports, with source links at each location. It adds an alternate Rumi pickup without duplicate credit, separates cave coordinates from outdoor coordinates, flags the Ratchet and Orgrimmar disagreements, and includes the reported Rogue restriction on 
Field Researcher’s Loop. Locations without a usable pickup report were removed from this working list.
