Wowhead reports that the City of Dalaran dungeon is available during Week 4 of the World of Warcraft: Forever beta. Wowhead also says that content from the previous week remains testable, including progression to level 30.
What this means for beta players
Players with beta access can continue working toward level 30 while testing the newly available City of Dalaran. The reported setup indicates that Week 4 adds the dungeon without replacing the previous week’s test content.
What is not confirmed
The supplied evidence is a secondary-source summary. Wowhead attributes its report to a linked Warcraft social-media post, but the snapshot does not contain readable text from that underlying post. It therefore does not establish the active beta build, City of Dalaran’s level or access requirements, queue conditions, encounters, loot, availability window, complete Week 4 schedule, or whether these beta conditions will apply at launch.
