The Excavation Site is available in the World of Warcraft: Forever beta’s level 30 update, while City of Dalaran is not included in that update. Wowhead reports that the Excavation Site takes place in the
Wetlands and is intended for levels 24 to 29.
What the report establishes
For beta players, the observed change is a Wetlands dungeon opening in the level 30 update. City of Dalaran is described as coming in a future beta update, so the supplied report does not place both dungeons in the same update.
What is not confirmed
This is a Wowhead report, not a Blizzard statement. The supplied evidence does not give a beta build number, an exact calendar date for availability, dungeon access requirements, bosses, loot, or a timetable for City of Dalaran’s arrival.
