Druids unlock Cat Form through a level 20 quest in World of Warcraft: Forever, according to Wowhead’s Cat Form report. The Night Elf, Tauren and Skyborne variants all require three relics from Stormrage Barrow Den in Moonglade. Their quest names and turn-in NPCs differ.
Match the relic quest to your race
| Character | Checked relic quest | Return the relics to |
|---|---|---|
| Night Elf | The Great Cat Spirit, quest 98396 | Great Cat Spirit |
| Tauren | The Great Cat Spirit, quest 98342 | Great Cat Spirit |
| High Order or Windshaper Skyborne | The Great Windborne Cat Spirit, quest 98404 | Avatar of Saeyleenan |
Wowhead lists level 20 as the requirement for each of these stages. Read the quest name and objectives in your log; the shared objective does not make their quest IDs interchangeable.
Collect the three relics
The checked quest records identify
Relic of the Fang, Relic of the Claw and Relic of the Silent Shadow. Their descriptions place the barrow dens east of the quest NPC and describe a statue at the entrance that grants temporary stealth past the hostile spirits.
Use that entrance statue, collect all three relics, then return to the NPC in the table. Follow the remaining quests in your chain. Wowhead’s Night Elf series continues through Blessings of the Great Cat Spirit and To Darnassus; the Tauren series lists its blessing quest and To Thunder Bluff. The Skyborne series lists Blessings of the Great Windborne Cat Spirit after the relic stage.
This draft covers the checked relic stage. It does not supply unverified trainer coordinates or replace the race-specific follow-up instructions.
The relic bug has a later correction
An earlier Wowhead report described a “no loot” problem while players competed for the relic objects. Wowhead’s subsequent correction says Josh Greenfield reported the bug fixed.
That correction supersedes the earlier report’s claim that the objective was currently blocked. It is an attributed Wowhead report of the developer statement; the fix has not been tested here in a recorded beta build.
