Dwarf Shamans in World of Warcraft: Forever earn each of the four totems through a quest chain. Eldrun Stormbreaker in Ironforge (47.4, 13.6) starts every chain at the right level and points you to the teacher. Each quest also gives an item you drink, 
Earth Sapta, 
Fire Sapta and 
Water Sapta. If you lose one, the teacher gives you another through a quest of the same name: Teo for Earth Sapta, Braldir Ashmantle in Loch Modan (32.0, 66.0) for Fire Sapta and Norric for Water Sapta.
Earth: Teo Hammerstorm, level 4
Archaic Rune from Sten Stoutarm in Dun Morogh (29.8, 71.2) sends a level 1 Dwarf to Teo.- Call of Earth: bring 2 Frostmane Bear Pendants (listed as
Iceclaw Bear Pendant) to Teo. - Call of Earth, step 3: find the Spirit Stone and drink the Earth Sapta. The Minor Manifestation of Earth stands at (24.8, 61.8).

Rough Quartz to Teo for the Earth Totem.
Players at level 10 can also pick the same quest up from Eldrun in Ironforge.
Fire: Bruegs Kindleborn, level 10
- Call of Fire from Eldrun: find Bruegs Kindleborn.
- Bring the
Torch of the Dormant Flame to Braldir Ashmantle in Loch Modan. - Bring 1
Fire Tar and 1 
Reagent Pouch to Braldir, who gives you a Fire Sapta. - Defeat the Minor Manifestation of Fire and place the
Glowing Ember in the brazier atop the Shrine of Eternal Flame. The data puts the Brazier of the Dormant Flame in Durotar at (38.9, 58.2). - Bring the
Torch of the Eternal Flame back to Bruegs. You receive the Fire Totem and the Totem of Charged Flames, which lowers the mana cost of 
Flame Shock and 
Lightning Bolt by 5.
Water: Norric Lochthane, level 20
- Call of Water from Eldrun: find Norric in Loch Modan.
- Norric sends you to Hervdana Saegrund in the Wetlands (65.6, 76.4).
- Fill three waterskins and bring each back to her: the brown one at the foot of the waterfalls below her cave, the red one at Stonewatch Falls near the Nightcrawler Murlocs and the blue one in the waters of Astranaar, Ashenvale.
- Take the
Vial of Purest Water to Norric. - Cleanse the corruption at Stendel’s Pond in Westfall, where a Forgotten Shrine stands at (45.6, 59.9), and speak to the Minor Manifestation of Water.
- Bring the
Shard of Water to Norric for the Water Totem.
The Water quests list Dwarves and Gnomes as eligible races.
Air and the level 40 weapons
Call of Air from Eldrun at level 30 sends you to Veyric Thundervein in Arathi Highlands and gives the Air Totem. Veyric then offers three more quests:
